1. How do I make an order at CHAOS Online Store?
  To make an order at CHAOS you must first become a member by registering Online. You must then make sure that you are logged in to be able to make a purchase on an order.
2. How is my order delivered?
  All parcels are picked up from the CHAOS office by Poslaju National Courier every business day. All parcels are sent by Poslaju (EMS), International Registered Post or UPS Express Post, and all parcels have tracking numbers. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, you may call the CHAOS customer service at +6012-2966609, from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm to find out the tracking number for your parcel, or you can email us at enquiries@chaosonlinestore.com.
3. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent within Malaysia?
  Postage and Handling fees for all orders will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight of the product.
4. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent overseas?
  International postage charges varies depending on how far your location is from Malaysia. We only ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Singapore at the moment. Postage charges will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight of the product.

5. Which countries does CHAOS deliver to?
  CHAOS delivers to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.
6. Does CHAOS deliver to PO BOX addresses?
  CHAOS do NOT deliver to PO BOX addresses. We use PosLaju for Malaysia and UPS Express for international orders therefore all parcels need to be signed for.
7. How long does it take from the time I order Online until my order is sent?
  All orders are completed and sent within 24-48 hours of the order being received, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends & public holidays.)
8. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent within Malaysia?
  Parcels within Malaysia should be delivered in approximately 1-2 business days.
(This does not include weekends & public holidays.)
9. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent overseas?
  UPS Express parcels should be delivered in approximately 2-5 business days to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Singapore.  Please note this is an approximation.
10. Are prices and totals shown in Malaysian Ringgit or in my own currency?
  Prices can now be viewed on the website in several different currencies. This can be changed by the Region/Currency bar at the top of the page. If your currency is not listed, it would be best for you to view the website in Malaysian Ringgit MYR (RM) still.
11. Can I return or exchange my Online order?
  CHAOS do NOT accept returns. We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in the same condition with tags on and in an unworn condition.
12. What is the quickest and easiest way to make a payment online?
  For all customers ordering from anywhere in the world, making payment with a credit card is always the quickest way to pay for your order. Your payment is charged to your account immediately and your order can be started straight away. CHAOS Online Store accepts VISA, Mastercard and Online Bank Transfer (Malaysians only)
13. Does CHAOS accept Paypal?
  Yes, we do accept Paypal. This is also a very quick and easy way to make payment for your order, as the amount is charged immediately. This is the best payment option for International customers who do not own a credit card. If you are not already registered with Paypal, please go to www.paypal.com to join.
14. Is my transaction secure?
  CHAOS Online shopping bag supplies you with a secure section within the checkout. All information entered in this section is secure.
15. Do I need to be over 18 to shop Online?
  No, you do not need to be over 18 to shop online. If you are under the age of 18, you still have the option to pay by Paypal. With a parent or guardians permission only are you able to shop online using a credit card. Using a credit card that is not your own, without permission, is a criminal offence and CHAOS may decide to press charges if the situation arises.
16. What happens to the information I give you?
  The information that you supply CHAOS with is strictly confidential. We do not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell or distribute to any third parties personal information unless consented by you.
